Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Materials Market Overview:

Amorphous Ribbon is a new soft magnetic material. It is produced through the advanced technology of rapid solidification of molten metal at a cooling rate of about a million ?/sec. During this process the metal is rapidly quenched as a form of ribbon with 25-35 ?m thickness, and the micro-structure of the alloy is the amorphous due to the high quenching rate. Nanocrystalline alloys are materials based on Fe, Si and B as well as Nb and Cu. They are produced in thin ribbons by rapid solidification technology, initially amorphous, and then crystallized in heat treatment at about 500-600 C. This results in the microstructure of very fine grains with a grain size of 10 nanometers - hence known as nanocrystals. These nanocrystalline alloys have low magnetic anisotropy and low magnetostriction, and have high magnetic flux density BS and good thermal stability.

According to the report of market research scope, it is predicted that the global Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Materials market will grow from US $ billion in 2024 to US $ billion in 2033, with a compound annual growth rate of X.X%. Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Soft Magnetic Materials is increasingly used by industries such as electronics, automotive, renewable energy, and power transmission, and is expected to grow at the highest CAGR (in value) over the forecast period.

We have considered 2020 – 2033 as a scope of the study. 2020 to 2024 are considered as a historical year for analysis. 2025 is considered as a base year. The CAGR is calculated from 2026– 2033.
